Ariock Spaces is a registered business entity operating since 2023, committed to operating transparently and professionally.

2. Services

Ariock Spaces provides furniture procurement services, sourcing quality furniture internationally from trusted suppliers and coordinating delivery to Nigeria and Europe. Our services include:

• Catalogue furniture procurement
• Custom sourcing services
• Commercial and bulk order procurement
• Coordination of international shipping and clearance

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email. Every confirmed order is documented and customers receive updates throughout the procurement and delivery process.

3.2 Payment: Payment is required before procurement begins. We clearly disclose product prices, delivery timelines, shipping and clearance charges, and applicable policies before you commit.

3.3 Pricing: Furniture prices range from approximately ₦17,000 to ₦1,000,000+ depending on the product, size, material, and specifications. Shipping and clearance costs are communicated separately as they vary by order.

3.4 Custom Sourcing: A non-refundable ₦5,000 Sourcing Fee is required for items not listed in our catalogue before sourcing begins.

4. Delivery

4.1 Timeline: Our standard delivery timeline is approximately 8-10 weeks after payment has been confirmed and procurement begins.

4.2 Updates: Customers receive relevant updates throughout the procurement, shipping, and delivery process.

4.3 Shipping Costs: International shipping and clearance costs vary by order and are communicated once confirmed.

5. Product Quality

We carefully review product specifications, supplier information, materials, images, and available quality details before procurement. Product quality and specifications are communicated clearly before an order is confirmed.

What you see in our catalogue is what we aim to deliver. We source furniture based on specifications, materials, design, functionality, and overall value.

6. Commercial Procurement

We work with businesses, retailers, offices, interior designers, property developers, and other organisations requiring bulk or project-based furniture procurement.

Commercial projects are subject to our Commercial Procurement Terms & Conditions and a ₦20,000 Consultation & Sourcing Fee.

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of international procurement, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage customers to review product specifications carefully before confirming orders.
